Project Leader (m/f)

Help us engineer the next generation of movable structures.

About the role

What will you do?

As Project Leader at EWAC Medical you are responsible for the smooth delivery of projects, from preparation through to handover. You coordinate the execution of both large and smaller projects — ranging from custom installations to stock-based projects — and ensure tight planning, clear communication and well-organized execution.

You prepare work and installation schedules together with our Sales & Operations (S&O) and Engineering departments, and monitor the progress, quality and budgets of running projects. For larger projects you are the lead project manager; on smaller projects you support the process from work preparation to delivery.

You also maintain active contact with clients about project status, changes and handover. You are regularly on site to supervise installations, both in the Netherlands and abroad.

Your tasks include:

  • Leading large projects and supporting smaller (stock) projects.
  • Preparing and maintaining work and installation schedules.
  • Managing internal project teams and monitoring progress and quality.
  • Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
  • Supervising installations on site (national and international).
  • Strategic purchasing of materials and goods.
  • Managing inventory and shipping logistics of project-related goods.

Do you recognize yourself in this?
We are looking for an organized and communicative project leader with a technical background and a strong sense of planning, process control and collaboration.

You have:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management or work preparation in a technical environment.
  • A completed Bachelor’s degree (preferably in mechanical engineering or technical business administration).
  • Experience with project-based work in a production or engineering organization.
  • Experience with ERP systems and an affinity with automation.
  • A good command of Dutch and English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for international projects.
  • Preferably living in the Heerhugowaard region.

What do we offer you?

  • A varied position with a lot of responsibility and room for your own initiative.
  • A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
  • A competitive salary matching your experience and the role.
  • Good secondary benefits, including:
    • Our own gym at EWAC.
    • A generous training budget for professional development.
    • The option to work partly from home.
